Returns and refunds

Standard finished products

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving a standard finished product. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all included accessories.

Return shipping costs

If you ordered the wrong item or change your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item is defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit, contact us at jzqwer2@gmail.com. We will arrange a refund or replacement and cover reasonable return shipping costs where a return is needed.

Customized or personalized products

Truly customized or personalized products that cannot be resold are excluded from change-of-mind returns. A personalized greeting card alone does not make a standard bouquet ineligible for return. We will still address defects, damage, or products that do not match their description.
